Before an accident:

  1. Keep a pen and paper in your glove compartment to take down information in the event you are ever in an accident.
  2. If original parts aren't included in your policy, talk to your agent about getting original parts coverage.
  3. Make sure you have our dealership body shop contact information.
  4. Be prepared and take extra precautions when seasons or driving habits change.

If you're in an accident:

Make sure everyone involved is OK, then call 911 to file a report

  1. Collect contact and insurance information of all parties involved using your cell phone or pen and paper.
  2. Contact your insurance provider for towing and repair location instructions.
  3. Stay in contact with your assigned insurance adjustor. Request original OEM parts are used in the repair process.
  4. Don't sign anything unless you are comfortable with the estimate.
