The Internet sales process was much better from a time efficient standpoint. I would definitely go through the Internet Sales Department again for my next purchase. Was very helpful, friendly, and sincere. Everyone at Mazda of Wesley Chapel was the same. All around great experience and I'll be buying from them, and recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for a car. Salesperson was very pleasant. It was a pleasure to have him serve us. It was a good experience, especially after our experience with another dealer. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My mom and myself both enjoy our Mazda3 very much and I have recommended the Mazda name to anyone looking for a car that is affordable and reliable and very fun to drive.. This was the most positive experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure - all questions were answered. It was a great experience. The salesperson and the dealership were fantastic. I drove 20 miles to this dealership, even though there is one only miles from my home! They are great! The selection of vehicles at Wesley Chapel is outstanding, and the dealership seems determined to please. If you were not their customers, they did not speak to you. Great job Mazda! Never had a Mazda vehicle in the past, nor drove one. OUT OF ALL THE SURROUNDING DEALERSHIPS (BRANDON, LAKELAND AND TAMPA), WESLEY CHAPEL MAZDA WAS THE BEST. THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS LEXUS AND MERCEDES DO. Super!!! First phone call to the end, fast, quick decision process, no games. Our service rep was very helpful and honest. He went out of his way to make us satisfied and stayed longer at work to wait for me to get there when I got off work. He wasn't too pushy and allured us to make our own decision. He was also very knowledgeable on every make of the car. You could tell he made an extra effort to help us out in any way he could. Straight forward, no games, told me what he had at the price they advertised, not the typical dealership advertise one car at great price to bait and switch you and get you into the dealership Upfront and honest about every aspect of my purchase. This is the way car buying should be The salesperson was very honest and worked with me to get the price and vehicle I wanted. Also, he stayed late on a Sunday night to give me time to drive to the dealership to buy my car. I live a long distance from Wesley Chapel, but the experience was so good I would take the 1.5 hour drive again! The dealer went out of the way to find the CX-7 I wanted including color and options. The management was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Normally, car-buying is not my favorite activity but this was a pleasure. My wife and I both purchased CX-7's the same day. Thanks! It took less time to buy these vehicles than any other vehicles I have bought. It was the best car-buying experience I have had. Meeting the owner was a grateful experience. He was the one who really change the entire view of been a Mazda driver.
